Exclusive Image Rights & Photograph Removal

We understand that some customers may prefer not to have their images displayed in our online galleries. If you would like your photographs removed from our website, we offer the option to purchase Exclusive Image Rights. This provides you with sole ownership of the purchased images for personal use, and once the purchase is complete:

All purchased images will be permanently removed from the Bright Design website and online galleries.
The high-resolution files will be supplied to you on a USB drive (or via an alternative delivery method if requested).
The images will no longer be available for viewing or purchase by the public through our website.

As every event and gallery is different, pricing is based on the number of images included. As a general guide:

Up to approximately 10 images: from $250
Larger collections will be individually quoted based on the total number of images requested.

Why is there a fee?

Our event photography galleries are part of our business and allow competitors, teams, sponsors, friends, and family to view and purchase photographs after each event. Removing images from a gallery means those photographs are no longer available for future viewing or purchase, resulting in the loss of potential ongoing sales. The Exclusive Image Rights fee reflects the transfer of those rights and the future value of the images. Once purchased, the selected photographs are supplied to you in high resolution, permanently removed from our website and online galleries, and are no longer offered for sale by Bright Design.
